REACTION CYCLING
Join our Cycling Crew in the studio for an intense, challenging, energetic, and fun workout! Reaction cycling is an excellent activity that can improve your cardiovascular endurance. Reaction cycling will enable your heart and lungs to function more efficiently, will also help you reduce body fat quicker than only using a treadmill. Motivation is key with our classes, and our instructors are not lacking in that department!

YOGA
The word yoga means "union" in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India where yoga originated. We can think of the union occurring between the mind, body and spirit. What is commonly referred to as "yoga" can be more accurately described by the Sanskrit word asana, which refers to the practice of physical postures or poses.

In addition to practicing the poses, yoga classes include instruction on breathing, call and response chanting, meditation, and/or an inspirational reading by the teacher. Some people find that the physical practice of yoga becomes a gateway into a spiritual exploration, while others just enjoy a wonderful low-impact workout that makes them feel great. Whatever your tendency, you will be able to fit into all of our yoga classes.

ABS & BACK
The name speaks for itself! Enjoy this 20 minute intense abs and back routine that strengthens and tones your core better than any other! Erik and Brittany want to pump you up!

TURBO KICK®
Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.

BALLY PUMP
Bally pump combines cardio and weight training in one, electrifying one-hour class. This class is for beginners and pros alike. Bally Pump classes use step platforms, barbells and weights to intensify the workout. If you are beginner, start out with lighter weights or ask your instructor to help you choose the weight that's right for you. The music and great choreography of Francee and Aimee will keep you coming back for more!

CARDIO STRIP TEASE
Sorry guys, ladies only!

Get the buns, legs, abs and arms of a dancer with this fun and sexy workout. This hot class incorporates cardio and muscle toning with steamy dance moves and stretches.

“Strip” it up a notch and create yourself a class name.

Ladies, this is your night of sexy fun where you will release your inner Diva!!! This experience is promised to leave you feeling sexy, surprised and wanting more!

PILATES MAT
This class offers you a body balancing system that strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body. Pilates is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body's "centre" in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Eventually the body will move with maximum efficiency and minimum effort. Postural changes as well as increased flexibility are only a few of the benefits Pilates provides.

ZUMBA®
Wes is hands-down, the Zumba® master in Baton Rouge! Wes's program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
